Is It Over? is the thirteenth episode of the first season and the 13th episode overall of Medical Hospital.
Summary[]
A huge accident occurs when five cars are involved in a car accident, and the doctors are placed on high-alert. Christina and Richard are finally able to return to work as their suspension ends and they are both placed on an awkward case together in which two lovers are impaled and stuck together by a metal pole lodged inside them. The situation becomes heartbreaking when they are forced to choose which one can live and which can die, which leads to a clash.
Olivia is excited that she can finally work on another cardiothoracic case but is shocked to learnt that it is Grey's case, as Douglas has gone missing. Meanwhile, Sarah and Danielle work on a woman who is at risk of losing her baby, but her husband is abusive and it is found out that he was the one who started the accident in the first place.
Christina and Richard finally decide to allow the male to survive as he has a higher chance of survival and in a heartbreaking operation his lover dies. The husband who caused the accident attacks Sarah, Danielle and tries to attack his pregnant wife before the police find him and arrest him, following this Sarah and Danielle manage to deliver the baby but the mother is not happy because of the events of that day.
Douglas is finally found after Olivia's panic as his grandmother died suddenly and he had to leave.
